The following day I received a follow up call. I thought, that's very sweet.. until I was put on the line with the vet and advised to put our dog down because he is suffering and when did I want to make an appointment to bring him in to be put down.

Love and light to those out there researching where they will find medical guidance for their beloved pet.

I have mixed feelings. They let us bring our dog in immediately because he was very ill and exhibiting symptoms that needed urgent immediate care. That was a positive in my book definitely! The price for services rendered was very high, this clinic is not where we normally take our pets to, but since it was urgent I paid the bill.

Dr Clark and the support staff are the BEST! Don't forget to say hight to Tater.

I have been coming to see Dr Chang for more than 10 yrs for all my dogs, she is extremely knowledgeable and honest unlike all the other vets I went before. The clinic is extremely clean and the staffs are all friendly and caring. You get what you pay for and most important of all my pets' wellbeing is the priority.

Our dog is 16 years old and a well loved member of our family. I told the vet I would think about her advice to put my dog down if I could determine his quality of life was no longer good enough but didn't feel he was interested in being euthanized and more interested in recovering and ended the conversation. My dog woofed at me, wagged his tail and proceeded to get himself up to take me for a short walk. As a dog mother, that was my confirmation that indeed, he was not ready to be put down because he is suffering too much and wants to be put to sleep.

They are fantastic! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and they don't try and make you pay for unnecessary things like a lot of vets around here do

Citrus Vet has been my family pet clinic for the last 6 years and I find them to be very responsible and reliable. Dr. Cheng gave us a lot of great advice over the years. My two dogs and the little chubby cat stayed healthy and happy. We took them to Citrus Vet for medical checkup every year and we are so grateful that they are always in good hands. Highly recommended!

To make a month long story short, our dog is old and sickly but back in fairly good spirits and not dead or needing to be euthanized. The saving vet has become our permanent veterinary clinic and we are very grateful.

In my heart I want to believe the vet that misdiagnosed our dog wasn't looking to just fatten her wallet and it was an honest mistake. The initial visit was more than $500 plus her wanting us to bring our dog in to be put down by her.

I decided to take our sick furr baby in for a second opinion to a vet we previously visited. The vet did not initially disagree nor agree with citrus medical clinic, that was a plus in my book. They ran tests and actually determined possible misdiagnosis and prescribed the appropriate medicines and recovery plan.

I hope this helps you to be objective if you choose to bring your pet to this clinic and are given a very dire prognosis regarding your pets condition.
